What is RuneTracker?
RuneTracker is a service that RuneScript has provided for users to have a visual representation of their stats, and experience gains since 2007.

When does the tracker update?
User stats will update when they are looked up. Records and TopGains update on a set schedule. Daily is every hour, Weekly is every 6 hours, and Monthly is updated once a day.

Why do you guys have ads? They're so freaking annoying!
Ads are what help us fund our server. We don't use cheap shared hosting, with a slow site. No one profits, all ad revenue is used in funding, and improving our services.

How do I view rank gains on the graphs?
Simply click the graph when it's on the experience view, and it will renew the graph to a rank gain.

What timezone is the tracker based in?
The timezone IS based in US Eastern Standard time(EST), but the graphs and tables of gains are all on a sliding scale of the time in question. So if you are looking at the '1 day' view of your character, it is from that point, back 24 hours. 1 Week is back 7 days, and so on.

Ugh! I keep pushing the 'Update' button, but it's not updating my stats!
You've most likely gotten snagged by the cache in your browser, or on the server. Simple wait a minute or so and your stats should be updated correctly.

How come when I go to log in it just takes me to the forums?
You need to log out of the forums first, then go log in on the tracker. It will then log you in on both!
